IMPORTANT: High volumes of parcels with couriers are currently affecting delivery, therefore there may be delays in the delivery time.
We do not ship to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses but are hoping to be able to offer this service in the future.
POSTAL LOSSES AND DAMAGE
In unforeseen circumstances if you haven’t received you order within 7 working days of receiving confirmation of despatch please contact us and we will endeavour our best to assist you with the matter, trace your order and try and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible.
If items are lost or damaged in transit, contact us outlining your order number along with your name and the delivery address to enable us to start processing the claim for you. We must await confirmation from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items. Claims to have the value of the item refunded can take between 15 to 30 days. In some cases we will not be able to despatch a replacement until this claim is complete.
Upon receipt of your order please check the contents carefully for damage, missing items or parts and discrepancies. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Click and Collect will enable you to purchase items from our online store and pick them up in a physical store. Make a purchase from the comfort of your own home or office and collect the items whenever is most convenient for you, instead waiting for their delivery to arrive.
